I reached out to them via WhatsApp and Paul got back to me swiftly. Not only did he provide a detailed portfolio but he also traveled to the requested work site (past Kitale) within a week and gave a quotation. What really impressed me was Paul provided contacts to his previous clients (with their permission) and asked me to reach out to them for their feedback before deciding whether or not to proceed with the project.I did my homework diligently, spoke to 4 of his clients They all had positive reviews of the company with pictures to back it up.I felt comfortable and proceeded to work with Orchid Pumbing Company.I wanted 2 bathroom in my parents house renovated as the previous person did the work poorly with a lot of mistakes.My experience with the company has been phenomenal. Paul himself oversaw the project from start to finish. He is an excellent communicator (we communicated on daily basis almost), very skilled, kin to details, trust worthy and will go an extra mile to accommodate your needs/preferences.In just 12 days, the project was complete and I was very impressed with the finished product!Below are pictures for proof.Don’t hesitate to reach out for questions or concerns if you’re considering the company for upcoming projects.
I will not be using them again nor recommend them. We have had issues with equipment they have installed and twice they have not shown up as they have promised to fix their issues. Their guarantee is a scam and they are unreliable.UPDATE: Please do not bother with further false pretenses and promises. Since 5 days you posted your reply no one has heard from you. Why do you lie (Paul)??? We no longer need your services or idle talk/ promises. Please do not respond to this either. The issues will be fixed by someone else whom we've contracted. Remember that you run over when you get new clients but are quick to leave them when done and not look back. Nor come to their assistance when they need you to rectify issues you've left behind. As a business you will not go far. I have seen so many other similar complains like that here with your past customers. Old customers stop been relevant to you but if you were smart they would be your foundation, repeat business and future referrals. So please do not respond to this again with a false promise and your quick tongue that you will come out. We don't want you or need you to come out. My final statement to anyone that reads this is you are the moon and the stars when they come to start a job but should there be issues after they are done you will be ignored and fed lie after lie. Don't use them. They are a scam.
